The Folk Ball was held on Saturday 29 April in the great hall of the former National Bank. Around a hundred people took to the dance floor in an atmosphere of fun and sharing!
Creating extraordinary collective moments is always a joy for the Quand on Danse team.
The dances proposed and masterfully taught by Aurélie Giet were enjoyed by everyone, from the very young to the very old. The walls of the Mosa echoed throughout the afternoon to the sound of Marinette Bonnert and Pierre Challe's accordions.
The end of the ball, when all the dancers and musicians gathered in a circle around the instruments in the centre, was particularly moving. This last dance in the circle, carried by the voices of the participants, was a suspended moment...
We hope your taste buds enjoyed the delicious food provided by Julie from La Dinette Mobile and that you had a great time.
This folk dance marked the opening of the programme of discovery dance workshops for seniors, which you can find out more about here
